E-VTC Management
The central application of our software package that will allow you to carry out all the processes necessary for the management of your car rental company with driver. From the management of your reservations, to the billing of services to your clients or the obtaining of billing and profitability statistics by vehicle, driver or client. As it is cloud software, you can use it from any computer or tablet with an internet connection.
E-VTC Drivers
Using this application (installed on a smartphone or tablet) your drivers will maintain a constant flow of information with the central office that will allow you to know in real time the status of the services being carried out and the incidents that arise. In addition to keeping important documents such as the service route sheet digitalized.
E-VTC Fleet Control
Cloud-based vehicle tracking and fleet control application. Interconnected with the management and driver applications, it will allow you to know at all times not only the location of your vehicles, but also the services they are performing and their status (waiting for the customer, with the customer on board, etc.). In addition, as it is a cloud-based application and fully adaptable to the device, you will be able to access the tracking of your vehicles from your smartphone or tablet.
E-VTC Clients
The E-VTC Clients application is linked to E-VTC Gestión and provides simplified and secure access to our system for trusted clients, such as hotels, travel agencies, insurers and regular collaborators. Through this tool, clients can request new reservations or make changes to previously requested reservations, always complying with the restrictions established from the management application. This application is specially designed to apply for tenders with public organizations, insurance companies, etc.

History of routes
The history option allows you to generate reports with the activities of vehicles and drivers. You can consult detailed information on the activities: a list of all the activities with their duration, distance travelled and average speed. Or, if you prefer, you can consult the information in summary form by grouping the activities by day.
You can obtain speed graphs per vehicle, activity period graphs and make activity comparisons quickly and easily.
You have the possibility of viewing the routes of the vehicles on a map indicating the start and end point.
You have reports on the time spent in zones and lists of speeding warnings.
Vehicle tracking
With the real-time vehicle tracking option, you can view the position of the vehicles, the route they are taking and the speed at which they are travelling on a map. In addition, you also have the driver identification option that will allow you to know who is driving each vehicle.
To facilitate tracking, you have the possibility of applying filters to see only the information you need. You can show only moving vehicles, stopped vehicles, selected vehicles or focus the tracking on one of the vehicles.
Through the interconnection with the management application, you can know in real time the service that is being performed and its status.
