Privacy Policy of the E-VTC Driver Management APP
E-VTC Driver Management is part of the application package for vehicle rental companies with driver (VTC) offered by Soluciones Tecnológicas E-VTC, S.L. This application provides the necessary services so that drivers of the company that hires the application package can carry out their work in a simpler way, remaining connected at all times to the central application of the package (E-VTC Management).

Applicable regulations
Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of the Spanish legislative framework on Personal Data Protection. By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and are aware of this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed herein. The Company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or interpretation by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and the General Conditions that, where applicable, are included for certain products or services, if such access involves any speciality in terms of personal data protection.

Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of the processing we carry out of your personal data is to provide you with the contracted service within the Company’s application package.
Period of Retention of your data
We will retain your personal data from the time you give us your consent until you revoke it or request that the processing be limited. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.
Legitimacy to process your data
The legitimacy for processing your data is the express consent given when contracting our E-VTC application package. In the event that you use the application without having contracted this package, we will not store or request any type of personal data and you will not have access to the service we offer with our application.
Consent to process your data
When contracting our application package, we sign a contract that includes the privacy policy and the processing of your personal data. By signing this contract, the user gives his/her unequivocal and express consent to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.
Categories of data
The data collected refers to the category of identifying data, such as: Name and Surname, Telephone, Postal Address, Email, as well as the IP address from which the user accesses the application.
We also collect information about the location of the device when the user starts or ends one of the transport services that are monitored by the application. To determine the location we use GPS technology.
Security measures
As part of our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with Art. 32 of the RGPD EU 679/2016.
Data transfer
No transfers of data or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except for those authorised by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, as well as in those cases in which a judicial authority requires us to do so.
User rights
Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data that concerns them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. The Data Controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights: the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request the limitation of its processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability and, likewise, to revoke the consent granted.
